How do I track my order?

Do you have a product warranty?

Yes. Each product will come with a warranty that is provided by the manufacturer. For more information, please see the section labeled warranty listed under the product description, or feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.

Do you provide repairs and maintenance?

As an exclusively online retailer, mobilespapros.com does not provide repairs and maintenance. However, some of our vendors do provide servicing, for example, Canadian Spa Company provides service on all of their products purchased through our store.

Do you offer a price match guarantee?

Yes. We provide our customers with the best deal possible. You can read our Price Match Guarantee for more information.

What happens if my items are delivered faulty or damaged?

We are committed to making sure our customers are provided with the absolute best quality products. If your product is delivered faulty, damaged, or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you can contact us at support@mobilespapros.com.

In the e-mail, make sure to include your name, order number, and details regarding the damage or fault. Please include photographic evidence.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email to orders@mobilespapros.com and we will immediately cancel your order when possible.

However, if your order has already been packaged, shipped, and is in transit to be delivered, then we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case, you will need to return the product in its original packaging. The cost of the return will also be your responsibility.

Shipping

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation via e-mail, which also confirms we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our supplier(s) to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment & delivery.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship 3-5 business days from the date of your authorized order. We will provide tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please follow up with us at orders@mobilespapros.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, in the event there is damage, carefully make note of said damage/issues when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@mobilespapros.com giving us the abiltiy to process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $75 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be 100% responsible for all return shipping charges back to sender. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was utilized when placing your order.

Returns:

Initiate your return with returns@MobileSpaPros.com. You will recieve instructions moving forward. All original parts. Once received, we will quickly process your refund.

Please note, returns not due to seller error may be charged a processing fee. Additionally, for any returns not due to seller error that are received back in a materially different condition, a restocking fee may apply.

Deprivation Float Tank

The Dreampod commercial flagship float tank is without a doubt one of the most advanced and effective Isolation Pods in the biohacking space today. The exterior is crafted using the best quality fiberglass plastic combination, polished to a sleek shiny finish. An aesthetically smooth shiny surface is both easy to clean and maintain. Ensure maximum soundproofing and heat retention the pods' structure contains a solid foam core allowing a comfortable float session while keeping the necessary electricity output low, maintaining minor power consumption. 

The Deampod V2 Deprivation Float Tank helps you escape the stresses of daily life with a float tank for use in sensory deprivation. Experience virtual weightlessness and reduce stress and anxiety with no interruptions. Floatation therapy can help your body and mind relax and achieve peak performance.

Float Tank Construction

We designed the door to be robust but very easy to operate. We use the highest quality gas springs to ensure the door opens and closes beautifully. The Door handle is a single-piece die-cast of aluminum make and is nearly impossible to break.

On the inside, you will find the same polished coating as on the outside. A carefully hidden passive air circulation system will provide a superb floating experience, without compromising temperature retention, or soundproofing. For added safety, the floor has an added anti-slip surface.

A high-power lighting system provides soothing and beautiful light animations during idle times or during a float (Chakra colors). The light can be controlled via a button on the inside of the Dreampod. Two tactile transducers embedded into the front of the pod provides excellent underwater acoustics.

Electrical system

The Dreampod is built with durability and reliability in mind. All critical components are sourced and imported from the U.S. and Europe and hold certifications standing on quality from standard certification bodies.

The pump for our standard model is a high-quality powerful magnetic drive shaft pump. It is made out of anti-corrosive materials and is relatively silent during operation. The Heater is a high-efficiency titanium heat exchanger with 2000W+ and excellent safety properties.

The electronic system is protected by electrical leakage protection (GFC) on the inside and outside of the electrical box.

For added safety, a water leakage sensor can be connected to the electrical box. Sensors are placed in critical areas and should a leakage be detected, the system will turn on any running water pumps, and optionally alert to a registered mobile phone via SMS.

Water Hygiene

All our float tanks come well equipped with several features to maintain the hygiene of the water. The main filter device is a custom-built stainless steel enclosure holding a replaceable 10-micron filter bag, capable of filtering debris in the water as small as 1/4 the size of the diameter of a human hair. Water is also pumped by a UV light array, taking care of any microorganisms that survive the extreme salt content of the water. The Dreampod is the first to feature a dual chemical injection system, allowing you to use a combination of any 2 chemical disinfectants that you wish to use.

Connectivity The Dreampod float tank connects to almost any standard TCP/IP network allowing easy access from anywhere in the facility, wired or wireless. After powering it on you access its control panel via your Laptop or PC, iPhone & iPad.

Easy to use The control panel itself is intuitive and easy to operate. You can manage nearly every aspect of your Dreampod, such as Session Start & Stop, Music with Playlist Manager, Temperature, UV Filtration, and Chemical Dosing schedules.

Business insight An easy-to-understand report gets generated to help you understand the performance of your Dreampod. It includes the Number of Sessions, Session Time, Idle Time, and Pump & Heating duration.

Dreampod Tank Features

Auto Mode After the plug & play easy setup, it's fire & forget. The float tank-enabled mode will keep the temperature at a predefined level requiring little to no maintenance on your part.  

In Tank Music Crystal clear underwater music for maximum auditory relaxation. Upload your own MP3 and manage playlists during sessions.  

Session Manager -Customizable deprivation sessions; start and stop times, float therapy durations, music/podcasts to be played, as well as post-wellness session cleaning cycles.

Filtration Control System Filtration System, UV Light, Water Heater, and chem. Drips. Choose the Device, and your Duration, and hit ‘Go’.

Automatic Dosing No more manually dosing the Dreampod with Chlorine. You can establish predefined schedules to keep the water clean and sparkling. Works for UV-Light too.

SMS Leakage Sensor In the event the unfortunate happens;  water exiting the Dreampod, a floor sensor (optional) will activate sending an alert via SMS to a phone number of your choice.

Web Control Panel- All Float tank operations via iPhone, iPad, PC, or Macintosh Computer, internet web browser control. 

Performance Monitoring- Reports on sessions per day, week, and month as well as pump and heater usage and idle times which helps maximize float tank performance.

Dreampod System Watchdog (optional) keeps an eye on water temperature and idle patterns with programmable alerts automatically sent to Dreampod service technicians remotely if issues arise.
