Return Policy

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) must be:

  • In its original, undamaged condition
  • Disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled
  • In its original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged or unavailable to be shipped back, you must use a comparable box size to the original. 
    • Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time for returns/instructions. 

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Open Box / Clearance items
  • Personalized items
  • Bundled items at discounted rates (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Indicated Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Return Ship Fee

Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return. The shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, the size, and weight of the item, and the selected return method. In addition, any delivery ship fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, white-glove service, etc.)
  • Assembly services included with delivery

Please note some purchased items have a conditional/specific return policy   

 If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact so we can arrange for a replacement. 

Extended Holiday Return Policy

For MOST items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the return deadline may include a Holiday return extension until January 31 of the upcoming year.
