How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order if you have your tracking number available, which should have been sent to you via email in your receipt. You can track your order here.
Do you have a product warranty?
Yes. Each product will come with a warranty that is provided by the manufacturer. For more information, please see the section labeled warranty listed under the product description, or feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.
Do you provide repairs and maintenance?
As an exclusively online retailer, mobilespapros.com does not provide repairs and maintenance. However, some of our vendors do provide servicing, for example: Canadian Spa Company provides servicing on all of their products purchased through our store.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes. We provide our customers with the best deal possible. You can read our Price Match Guarantee for more information.
What happens if my items are delivered faulty or damaged?
We are committed to making sure our customers are provided with the absolute best quality products. If your product is delivered faulty, damaged, or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you can contact us at support@mobilespapros.com.
In the e-mail, make sure to include your name, order number, and details regarding the damage or fault. Please include photographic evidence.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email to orders@mobilespapros.com and we will immediately cancel your order when possible.
However, if your order has already been packaged, shipped, and is in transit to be delivered, then we will be unable to cancel your order. In this case, you will need to return the product in its original packaging. The cost of the return will also be your responsibility.
